
Thank you for choosing Aneeta Windows. For peace of mind, Aneeta Windows Sashless window inserts are proudly guaranteed against defects arising from faulty workmanship or material for a period of seven (7) years from date of installation. This Warranty is to be read in conjunction with the Aneeta Windows “Terms and Conditions of Sale” and is subject to the following conditions:
- The sashless inserts have been installed by qualified Aneeta Windows's installers.
- The Window subframe has been installed in accordance with Australian Standards AS2047 and AS2048, and standard building practices.
- The product has been maintained in accordance with Aneeta Windows operating and maintenance procedure.
- The product has not been damaged due to misuse, physical abuse or neglect.
- The product has not been physically altered or removed and reinstalled.
- The product is not subject to abnormal stress from the location i.e. - application of heat, excessive vibration or movements of buildings or foundations.
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty product only and is at the company’s discretion. There is no liability for any other claims, damages or cost whether consequential or otherwise caused by defect.
- All glass (other than glass specified below) against defects and degradation for a maximum of one (1) year.
The warranty does not include
-
Glass as specified by the customer in the following cases:
- laminated low e glasses of any thickness
- laminated 6mm glasses (6.38, 6.52, etc.)
- laminated glass in double glazed units
- float glass in double glazed units. - Glass that has been modified in any way by the addition of a film (tint, privacy or any other).
- We assume no liability for damages caused by cleaning solvents or brick cleaning acids.
- This warranty does not cover discolouration of finishes that may occur due to normal weather conditions which will cause any colour surface to fade or darken gradually.
- Manufacturing tolerances or industry variations in specific glass, powdercoating and anodising finishes will not be accepted as defects.
How to make a claim
All claims must be made in writing and must be made within 30 days of the defect arising in the product.
